We specialise in building strength & performance, for the seasoned athlete as well as the total beginner. Personal Training can be a transformative experience. Let us take you on that journey.

Our approach is holistic: we get to know you, your current life-situation (kids, high pressure job?) your wishes and your goals. After an initial assessment (Inbody Scan option) we develop an individual training program, tracking your progress, guiding you every step of the way.

Not living in Helsinki? We offer Online Personal Training, so you can train anywhere in the world. You choose the location (home, gym, outdoor), we take care of the rest.

We help you build strength, and offer specific performance training in areas such as speed, power, agility, coordination and balance. Whether you are getting ready for a competition, a role for a movie, or starting a new sport, we are here for you.

We can also help you become more motivated about sports, improve posture, stamina, lose weight, breathe better, increased energy, and help you develop a harmonious mindset.

We welcome every body: Couch-potatoes, fitness-enthusiasts, dancers, acrobats, yogis, fitness-athletes, you name it.

Location: Online or in Helsinki. We can offer several locations, or come to your (business or home) gym.

When you schedule an intake session, we’ll talk about your fitness goals to create the best possible training plan for you. We will:

  • Check your training & health history
  • Assess your movement patterns to identify areas that need attention
  • Perform a couple of exercise tests to measure your current fitness and flexibility level, identifying your strengths and weaknesses
  • Discuss your goals and create a plan that fits your lifestyle.

This ensures your program is 100% tailored to you.
