Physical training is not just lifting weights and running around. Working out means taking care of yourself; your body and mind. When you start moving, you will often start becoming more conscious about the choices you make outside of your training as well.
Our approach is holistic: we take the time to get to know you, your current life-situation (kids, busy job?) your wishes and your goals. From there we develop individual training sessions that suits your needs best, tracking your progress.
We can help you develop healthier habits too. As mentioned above, these things often follow naturally when you start training.
