Physical training is not just lifting weights and running around. Working out means taking care of yourself; your body and mind. When you start moving, you will often start becoming more conscious about the choices you make outside of your training as well.

Our approach is holistic: we take the time to get to know you, your current life-situation (kids, busy job?) your wishes and your goals. From there we develop individual training sessions that suits your needs best, tracking your progress.

We also offer online training & coaching so you can be anywhere in the world, and still get the benefits of our coaching. You just need access to a gym or training equipment at home, we take care of the rest.

When you schedule an intake session, we’ll talk about your fitness needs to create the best possible training plan for you. We will:

  • Check your training & health history
  • Assess your movement patterns to identify areas that need attention
  • Perform a couple of exercise tests to measure your current fitness and flexibility level, identifying your strengths and weaknesses
  • Discuss your goals and create a plan that fits your lifestyle
