WHAT WE DO

We specialise in building strength & performance, for the seasoned athlete as well as the total beginner. Personal Training can be a transformative experience. Let us take you on that journey.

Do you want to feel better? Working out means taking care of yourself; your body and mind. When you start moving, you will often start becoming more conscious about the choices you make outside of your training as well.

Our approach is holistic: we get to know you, your current life-situation (kids, high pressure job?) your wishes and your goals. From there we develop an individual training program, tracking your progress, guiding you every step of the way.

Not living in Helsinki? We offer Online Personal Training, so you can train anywhere in the world. You choose the location (home, gym, outdoor), we take care of the rest.

IS IT FOR YOU?

We help you build strength, and offer specific performance training in areas such as speed, power, agility, coordination and balance. Whether you are getting ready for a competition, a role for a movie, or starting a new sport, we are here for you.

We can also help you become more motivated about sports, improve posture, stamina, lose weight, breathe better, increased energy, and help you develop a harmonious mindset.

We welcome every body: Couch-potatoes, fitness-enthusiasts, dancers, acrobats, yogis, fitness-athletes, you name it.

Location: Online or Flexible within Helsinki (mainly Töölö). We can offer several locations, or come to your (business or home) gym.

ONLINE COACHING

Whether you’re just starting out or chasing peak performance, we meet you where you are, and take you further. With personalized programming, exercise demos, and direct support, you’ll have everything you need to train smart and stay accountable. Choose from three coaching plans: Starter, Performance, or Elite to match your goals, lifestyle, and level of support. Depending on the plan you choose, you’l get:

  • A personalised training program tailored to your goals, schedule, and available equipment

  • Frequent program updates (monthly, weekly or even on-demand)

  • Specialised training styles (e.g., hypertrophy, fat loss, athletic performance, getting ready for a role or event)
  • Video demos for every exercise

  • Habit tracking (sleep, stress, activity)

  • Progress tracking through photos (optional)
  • Nutritional coaching and lifestyle guidance

  • Integration with wearables for real-time data

  • In-app messaging with your coach, or direct contact WhatsApp, voice or video call.

Ready for an Intake?

When you schedule an intake session, we’ll talk about your fitness goals to create the best possible training plan for you. We will:

  • Check your training & health history
  • Assess your movement patterns to identify areas that need attention
  • Perform a couple of exercise tests to measure your current fitness and flexibility level, identifying your strengths and weaknesses
  • Discuss your goals and create a plan that fits your lifestyle.

This ensures your program is 100% tailored to you.
