Empowered Living: An introductory Workshop for Women

A 6-week course is coming: Empowered Living: Confidence & Well-Being Toolkit for Women, in the beginning of 2026, and we are giving you the opportunity to ‘test’ the waters before committing to this course. On November 13, we are hosting a 2,5 stand-alone workshop where you can experience what the 6 week course will be like.

The 6 week course will be 6 Thursday evenings in Oulunkylä, of 2,5 hours, led by experienced facilitators Multilingual Psychologist, Integrative Psychotherapist & Yoga Teacher Carla Schubert and Personal Trainer Iris Vos. A yin-yang duo, together having a broad range of health and wellness tools to offer.

What to expect during the full 6-week course:

• Confidence-building exercises in a supportive space

• Tools for healthy living & menstrual well-being

• Mind-body connection through movement & breathwork

• Insights on stress, mindset & boundaries

• Practical strategies you can apply right away

About Iris:
Being a lifelong martial artist (black belt judo) Iris developed a passion for movement and performance. She now combines her athletic experience with a solid educational foundation, holding certifications in sports coaching, CrossFit, health and wellness coaching and more. Iris helps clients build strength, confidence, and balance in both body and mind, drawing from her own journey through high-level sport and holistic wellness.

About Carla:
Carla is a multilingual psychologist with a doctoral degree, an integrative psychotherapist, a yoga teacher an a lover of forest walks. Her experience in mental health work and yoga spans more than 20 years. Her academic research has mainly focused on developmental psychology and psychological trauma. She also creates art, and has work experience as a photographer and a writer.
