I’ve been working with Iris for around a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She truly takes the time to understand my individual needs and has built a program that’s perfectly tailored to my goals. Her supportive nature has made a huge difference in keeping me motivated, even on days when I feel less confident. One of the things I appreciate most is her flexibility—whether it’s adjusting the schedule or modifying exercises based on my progress, she’s always accommodating. Her professionalism is evident in everything she does, from the way she plans each session to the constant encouragement she provides.Additionally, her knowledge in fitness and nutrition is impressive, and she always explains why we’re doing specific exercises, which really helps me stay engaged. She also brings a positive, energetic attitude to every session, which makes the entire experience enjoyable. If you’re looking for a trainer who will not only help you reach your goals but also support you every step of the way, I highly recommend Iris!

Ive been training with Iris for over a year already and enjoyed every moment of it. Shes been able to provide the exact type of training i hoped for and also push it further. Most importantly our sessions are full of fun, sweat and laughter!

Iris is an amazing person and super coach. I couldn’t be happier or more grateful to get to train with her. I always feel great after our sessions and very catered and cared for during! I’ve rapidly increased my boxing skill since training with Iris and always have fun in our sessions. 1000% recommend!!!

I have participated in the Flow Nomads Self Defense Boxing and Fitness class for several months now and took part in a Menstrual Cycle course that was held in March 2022. I would give more than five stars if I could, but alas five is the maximum already. The classes and courses are designed thoughtfully and with heart. They are a safe space to just be, grow and develop as a human being. You will be supported and also pushed out of your comfort zone. Iris is a trustworthy, skilled and experienced teacher, which I appreciate so much. Can wholeheartedly recommend Flow Nomads! :)

Iris on valmentajana samaan aikaan sekä lempeä että vaativa. Hän antaa valmennettavalleen mahdollisuuden koetella rajojaan ja tuuppaa hänet huomaamatta rajan yli. Iriksen kanssa liikunnan vihaajasta tuli muutamassa kuukaudessa liikuntaa janoava! Kun kolmen minuutin hölkkä sai aluksi itkemään, kuukauden kuluttua ei tunnin lenkkiä olisikaan enää millään malttanut lopettaa.

Voin lämpimästi suositella Iristä valmentajana sekä liikunnan vastustajille että liikkumista rakastaville; Iriksen treeneissä saa hien pintaan, posket punaisiksi ja lihakset kipeiksi, mutta melkein parasta on silti hyvä treenifiilis ja tunne siitä, että valmentaja on sinun puolellasi ja näyttää sinulle tietä eteenpäin.

I had a postpartum restorative massage with Iris. I had some soreness in different areas of my body, lower back and shoulders, because of the postures I was in for hours during breastfeeding. Also I hadn’t been able to do any physical exercise for weeks, which made me feel very stiff.

I was feeling a little disconnected with my body because of the changes it had gone through during pregnancy. I was unsure going to the massage so shortly after giving birth (3 weeks) since my body hadn’t returned to its typical form and I wasn’t able to lay on my belly because it caused pain to my chest and increased lactation. These things made me very self conscious and stressed before the treatment.

But I didn’t have to. Iris made me feel very comfortable from the second I entered the room and had created a very relaxing atmosphere with lights, music and scent. Iris was making sure I was comfortable in the postures during the massage and gave me chance to tell if something didn’t feel right or was too strong – in my situation nothing was. The restorative touch felt very suitable for a postpartum body. I got relief to the physical soreness from the treatment but also felt calm and relaxed mentally after getting a moment just for myself.”
